Does the free plan expire?
No. It isn't a 14-day trial and it isn't a version that shrinks later. It stays free after launch, and everyone who joins from the waiting list keeps that right even if we one day change the free plan for people arriving after them.
Is privacy different on a paid plan?
No. End-to-end encryption is identical on every plan, including the free one. Privacy isn't a premium feature — if it were, it would just be marketing. What paid plans change is limits: more accounts, more folders, more history, more people.
Can you see my data if I pay?
We can't see your data on any plan. The key is derived from your master password and never leaves your device. If you lose the master password and the recovery phrase, we can't recover it either — that's the honest flip side of not being able to read it.
How does billing work?
In reais, by card, with an invoice. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you already paid for, and you can cancel before then.
What if I want to leave?
You export everything in plain text, from your device, whenever you want. We don't hold your data hostage as a retention strategy.
